Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of thefullarc.com and any services offered through it, including intuitive energy readings, the Refractions course waitlist, event bookings, and community participation. By booking a session, joining the waitlist, or submitting a selfie, you agree to these terms. Services are provided by Marizsa, based in Bend, Oregon.

Nature of Services

The Full Arc offers intuitive energy readings — a practice rooted in somatic awareness, lived experience, and field perception. These sessions are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Nothing communicated during a reading should be interpreted as a clinical diagnosis, treatment plan, or professional consultation of any kind.

Energy readings are offered as a tool for self-inquiry, integration, and expanded awareness. Results are experiential and subjective. You are responsible for how you receive and apply any insights from a session.

Booking & Scheduling

Sessions are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Two session formats are available:

• Async reading (selfie submission) — you submit a photo and receive a written summary and recording within the stated turnaround window, typically 5–7 business days. No live call is required.
• Live session — scheduled via Calendly after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation link to select your time slot.

Please arrive on time for live sessions. Sessions that begin late due to client delay will end at the originally scheduled time. If you need to reschedule, see the Rescheduling section below.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of intuitive and energetic work, refunds are not offered once a session has been delivered or a reading has begun.

Exceptions are made in the following circumstances:

• Session not yet started — if you request a cancellation before your async reading has begun or before your live session has taken place, a full refund will be issued.
• Technical failure — if a live session cannot be completed due to a technical issue on our end, a full refund or reschedule will be offered at your discretion.
• Extraordinary circumstances — refund requests outside these conditions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] within 48 hours of your session.

Rescheduling

Live sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will be accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed. No-shows without prior notice forfeit the session fee.

To reschedule, email [email protected] with your original booking date and preferred new time.

Refractions Course Waitlist

Joining the Refractions waitlist does not constitute a purchase or guarantee enrollment. Waitlist members will be notified when the course opens and given priority access. Enrollment will be subject to separate terms and pricing communicated at that time.

Events

Event bookings (including Soma Lumin sessions) are governed by the specific terms communicated at the time of booking. General cancellation and refund policies apply unless otherwise stated for a specific event.

Intellectual Property

All written materials, recordings, and content delivered as part of a session are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly share session recordings or written summaries without written permission. The Full Arc brand, name, and visual assets are the intellectual property of Marizsa.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Full Arc and Marizsa are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services offered through this site. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided shall be resolved in Deschutes County, Oregon.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
