The Full Arc is operated by Marizsa, based in Bend, Oregon. This policy explains what information is collected when you use this site, how it is used, and how it is protected. This site does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

The following information may be collected depending on how you interact with the site:

• Booking inquiries — name and email address collected before checkout, used to send a payment receipt and booking confirmation.
• Refractions waitlist — name (optional) and email address, used to notify you when the course opens.
• Selfie submissions — name, email, and photo uploaded for async energy readings. Photos are stored securely and used solely to fulfill your reading.
• Event inquiries — name, email, and event details submitted through the inquiry form.
• Payment data — processed entirely by Stripe. This site does not store card numbers, CVV, or full payment details. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

How Information Is Used

Information collected is used only to:

• Fulfill your reading, booking, or inquiry
• Send transactional emails (receipts, confirmations, waitlist notifications)
• Contact you about your specific request

You will not be added to a marketing list without your explicit consent.

Data Storage

Submitted information is stored in a secure database associated with this site. Selfie photos are stored in encrypted cloud storage (AWS S3). Waitlist signups are also synced to a private Notion workspace accessible only to Marizsa.

Third-Party Services

This site uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Calendly — live booking scheduling
• Notion — internal data management

Cookies & Analytics

This site uses minimal analytics to understand traffic patterns (page views, visit counts). No personally identifiable information is tied to analytics data. No advertising cookies are used.
